In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

    By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and PayPal.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
Orders may be cancelled or amended only before dispatch. To request a cancellation or change, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled or modified and is subject to our Refund Policy.

    We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and may also be communicated by email or website notice where appropriate. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  5. Product Safety and Installation

    Our products are electrical lighting products and must be installed and used according to the product specifications and installation requirements.

    For hardwired lighting, electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician where required.

    For products suitable for indoor and outdoor use, installation must be appropriate for the product’s confirmed IP rating and the location where it is installed.

    Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions, voltage, installation requirements, IP rating and suitability before installation.

  6. Commercial Warranty
    All products include a 1 year commercial warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects or faults under normal domestic use, subject to the product being installed, used and maintained according to the product instructions.

    The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions.

    For hardwired lighting, installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician where required. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the issue may be requested before a warranty claim can be reviewed.

    This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

    Our electrical lighting products are CE, UKCA and RoHS certified.

    Customers should review the product specifications, installation requirements and any product documentation supplied with the item before installation.
